Workshop Terms and Conditions

If you have purchased a ticket to a Handmade Pride class/workshop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

Handmade Pride does not offer refunds for classes/workshops.

We do offer ticket transfers to another person or another date – just email us at vanessa@handmadepride.com.au.

• Class/Workshop dates can be swapped up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date without additional charges.

• Class/Workshop dates swapped within 7 days of the scheduled date will result in an additional 25% rescheduling fee.

• Any no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the class fee.

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, Handmade Pride will contact you via email.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

You may be photographed and/or videos whilst in attendance at a Handmade Pride class/workshop.

You hereby agree to give Handmade Pride unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken of you or your artwork during the class/workshop.

LIABILITY WAIVER

You hereby agree to take full responsibility for any damage and/or injuries that may occur to you or your personal property whilst participating in a class/workshop organised by Handmade Pride.

By attending a class/workshop, you agree to waive Handmade Pride of any liability in regards to damage, loss, theft or injuries sustained to yourself or belongings whilst in attendance.
